1. When Are Refunds Available?
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

a. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos showing the issue.
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.

b. Wrong Item Delivered
If you received something different from what you ordered:

Let us know within 7 days.

Return the item in its original, unused condition.
We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

c. Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve had second thoughts, we can help — with a few conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is at your expense in this case.

2. What Can’t Be Refunded?
Certain items are not eligible for a refund:

Digital downloads or software.

Customized or personalized items.

Any product that has been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

Include:

Your order number

A brief explanation of the issue

Photos, if applicable

If a return is required, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Please package the item securely and include all original parts and documents.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

4. Refund Timing & Method
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a little longer for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

For returns due to change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead? No problem!
